How many Wait Staff do I need? Usually our Wait Staff can handle 1 to 12 people per Wait Staff. Example: If you have a party with more than 55 guests, it's recommended that you have 2-3 Wait Staff or 1 Waitress/Waiter and a cocktail Waitress/Waiter or bar-back.
